To award local individuals (50% of total prize-fund) cash prizes from the sale of tickets, and (the other 50%) give financial support to helpful local organizations, charities, projects & schemes that make a difference around Carlisle - both regularly & with once-off payments - to be recommended by voting & suggestion by registered participants with CA1-7 addresses.
Registration will be easy and 'participation' (ie 'playing' or buying tickets) will be made as simple as possible.
You will be able to nominate and suggest where you want the overall charity-fund money to go; to be divided amongst them, with enough votes, and recommendations, as the other half {minus taxes and running costs} will be the prize-fund for individual ticket-holders.
